Children's Overnight Adventure Parties

This is a birthday party with a difference!

Building on our Children's Activity Parties we are pleased to be able to offer a new adventure! An overnight party for your child and up to 5 of their friends, along with up to 4 adults to accompany them (10 people in total). This is aimed to give you something exclusive and truely memorable for your child's birthday or special day, with those who mean the most to you. We are only able to offer this activity at our secure site at Great Hampden. Our private site has secure parking, proper toilets, clean drinking water on-tap and a large dry (but a bit draughty) wet weather shelter - just in case!

Arriving in the early evening after dinner, we will: -

• Toast marshmallows and make hot chocolate over an open fire
• Go for a torch-lit walk through the woods.
• Show you the night sky and point out whatever constellantions we can see.
• Let you sleep in a tepee-style tent, possibly to the sound of hooting owls or barking muntjacs.
• Teach you how to make bread or baked sausage sandwiches for your campfire breakfast.
• Introduce you to some of the trees and plants and their respective uses in our local woods.
• Let you choose a combination activity from the list below to do after breakfast.

You will need to bring your own: -

• sleeping bag/blankets & kip mat.
• wash kit
• torch or headtorch
• waterproof clothing & warm layers

Cost: £550 in total

Includes: fee payable to the estate, marshmallows, simple campfire breakfast, refreshments throughout your time, use of a tepee tent & cutting tools (as appropriate).

Group size: up to 6 children, with up to 4 adults in support. Activities are suitable for children of 8 years upwards.

Start time: 6.30pm; finish around lunchtime the following day. If you wish to bring a BBQ or picnic lunch to finish off your party we will be happy to supply the fire and accommodate that.

A deposit of 50% would be required to make your booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to your activity.

We will supply directions to our secure site near Princes Risborough once you have booked. This preserves the privacy of the site, the estate and its neighbours.

I am also willing to offer Overnight Activity Parties at your home: providing the site is safe and suitable. Please contact me to discuss this option.
