How to Book an Activity with Us

Our booking process is straightforward and easy!

• Start by giving us a call on 07759 497101 and talk over your requirements: date / time / session availability and activity desired. I will work to accommodate all aspects of this wherever possible.
• Next, download a PDF booking pack for your your activity.There are 4, and each comes with Notes & Guidelines for you along with our Terms & Conditions, there is even themed stationery if you are booking a party. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader software you can download it for free by clicking the link at the bottom of the page (opens a new window):

  1. one for Childrens Adventure Parties
  2. one for Childrens Overnight Adventure Parties
  3. one for Group Activity Sessions (this one for school groups, uniform groups and corporate teams.)
  4. one for Bushcraft Courses & Sessions (if you are coming on your own to a course or activity session.)
• Now fill in the form and post it back to us along with a cheque for either the amount of the activity, or a deposit. We will agree this on the phone when you call. This will confirm your booking. (We can be paid by BACS if you are a corporate or school group making a booking and it makes things easier. Please ask for details.)
• Upon receipt of your paperwork I will send you out a PDF receipt attached to an email with details of where & at what time I will meet you on the day of your activity: so please let us have a valid email address! This confirms your booking with Green School and is your half of the contract between us.

A word about your private details. Green School takes very seriously matters of client confidentiality: you are very important to us, and that is why we never pass on any of your details to any third party under any circumstances: ever. This includes email addresses. We will, 4-5 times a year, send you an email newsletter and there is an opt out from this on the booking form; but we will confirm your booking by email for speed and efficiency.
